投了Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety这个期刊，但是技术审查未通过被打回来了，但是有些细节不会修改，麻烦各位大神帮帮忙！感激不尽！！！ 下面是审查细节： Comments: 1. Article should be placed in the correct order: Cover Letter to the Editor, Five Reviewer Suggestions, Title Page, Abstract page and keywords + abbreviations (if applicable), Starting from a new page: Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion (merged or separate), Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References, Tables (each on a separate page), Figure caption list, Figures (numbered, each figure on a separate page), Supplementary material (if applicable) 问题：（1）在投稿时，attach file那一步就有强制要求提交Cover Letter，而这里说要Cover Letter，意思是要在manuscript里的首页再加上Cover Letter吗？ （2） Five Reviewer Suggestions？ 是不是说推荐审稿人？ 这个在投稿程序中也有写，还需要在manuscript提到吗？ 还是说要审稿人意见？ 但是我文章并没有给这几个推荐审稿人看。。。。 5 - In the Material and Method section, it is mandatory to give formal assurance that any study involving humans or experimental animals were conducted in accordance with national and institutional guidelines for the protection of human subjects and animal welfare. No manuscript will be considered unless this information is supplied. 问题：这个应该怎么弄，是要在 Material and Method section里独立起一段来申明吗？ 申明内容怎么写。 新人投稿,所以有很多不懂得地方，还请给位帮帮忙，谢谢！！！ |
