Chemistry & Biochemistry department, University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, 2014 Area of study: Photodegradation, Phthalic acid esters, Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC), Environmental Chemistry, Geographic Information System (GIS).

课程简介：
This course is divided in 4 lectures and covers basic information of HPLC, method development process, optimization of key factors affecting separation, and isocratic and gradient separation.
The audiences of this course include HPLC beginners who may take all of the 4 lectures, students using HPLC to analyze their samples may pay their attention to lecture 3 and 4, and lecture 2, 3, 4 are important to industrial employees who have to use HPLC in their work.
