审稿意见中有一条关于FT-IR的搞不蛮懂（尤其第一和最后一个问题），请广大虫有帮忙解答。 comments：Please provide more information regarding the FTIR spectrophotometry. The spectra were acquired in transmission mode. How many scans were used to collect a spectrum? What was the wavenumber range? What was the wavenumber resolution? The spectra displayed in Figure 5 demonstrate considerable noise from adsorbed water and nitrogen gas (b is considerably worse than a), please correct! 我论文中只简单地交代了FI-IR的做法： Fourier transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectra of the samples were recorded on an FT-IR spectrophotometer (WQF-410, Beijing, China) by mixing 1 mg of the material with 100 mg of spectroscopy-grade KBr. 如果有相关已发表的论文关于FT-IR的详细表述就更好了。 |
