最近投了这个期刊，昨天返回意见，如下: I regret to inform you that the reviewers of your manuscript have advised against publication, and I must therefore reject it. For your guidance, the reviewers' comments are included below. If you are able to significantly improve your manuscript and take into account all the points raised by the reviewers then you are invited to submit a new manuscript to JNGSE on this topic. If you decide to submit a new manuscript then please mention the JNGSE number of this rejected manuscript in your new submission. 但是一个审稿人的意见完全跟我的论文没有关系，肯定是把别人论文的意见误放到我的文章上了，请问这种我能给主编发邮件说明情况吗？成功机率大吗？谢谢 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
