Only yttrium and aluminum (with0.9 wt% Nd203) were detected as major elements in the grain,whereas significant contents of SiO2 (5.1 wt%) and Nd203 (3.2 wt%), in addition to yttrium and aluminum, were detected in the grain boundary. The elemental argon content near the grain boundary was too small for detection. |
