有没有高手可以给详细解释一下？ In one study, they placed chromosomal DNA between two cylinders, stretched the DNAby rotating one of the cylinders, and measured the DNA’s rate of recoil. Shorter molecules recoil faster than longer ones. When they applied this measure to the DNAin a Drosophila chromosome, the length of the DNAmolecule was sufficient to account for all the DNA in a single chromosome. It is also possible to separate the DNA molecules of a relatively small genome by size using pulse-field gel electrophoresis, in which timed pulses of current are applied along two alternating paths through the gel. |
