Thank you for submitting your paper to International Journal of Mechanical Sciences. Your work has been given a preliminary examination by one of our Editors. Whilst we feel that the paper may have sufficient technical content to justify its being sent to international referees, we feel that the quality of the writing should be improved by you first. This should assist the eventual acceptance of the paper. The explanations you provide are minimal and need to be expanded and enriched to provide a much improved description of the work and the supporting theory.
