品种的BLUE值和BLUP值的区别，或者品种是作为固定因子呢，还是随机因子呢？ 已有1人参与

As fixed effects, we obtain the best linear unbiased estimated(BLUE) of the variety effect, that is , the best estimate of the performance of that variety in that trial. Treated as random effects, we obtain the best linear unbiased predictor(BLUP) of the variety effect, that is the best estimate of the performance of that variety in future trials. 我们传统的分析中，习惯于将品种作为固定因子，为的是估计BLUE值，所以在实际大田里面，品种的表现不一定与测试点的表现一样。 所以，我们其实关注的是品种未来的表现或者更大范围的表现，所以在进行数据分析时，应当将品种作为随机因子，计算BLUP值，更靠谱。 |
