西交利物浦大学, 化学系 面向社会公开招聘1名科研助理或实验员，具体研究项目为： “材料中间体温度燃料电池技术” 项目介紹： 燃料电池技术是高效生成绿色能源的独特方。近几十年来， 1燃料电池技术显示了了显著进步和卓越成就。SOFC系统的发电效率超过60%，这一效率，在众多绿色发电技术中是最高的。近来，燃料电池技术也适用于解决能量储存问题。固体氧化电解池（SOEC）的组件与SOFC类似，但电解池是以可再生方式发电，这种装置可用于制备氢气/合成气效率高且经济上可行。固体氧化燃料电池（SOFC）和固体氧化物电解池（SOEC）的电化学性能会受电极内发生的铬（Cr）沉积的影响。本项目将着眼于确定SOFC/SOEC系统中的铬毒化机理。 要求： 必須有强烈的工作意识，最好是材料科学或电化学专业的本科或研究生，具备良好的口语和书面英语。此外，需具备良好的团队合作能力和顺利地在学校甚至在多学科环境中开展研究的能力，具有处理好材料分析相关的外部各方的能力。能提供相关数据的定性和定量分析，能提出项目进步发展的建议。该候选人有可能将在国家/国际研讨会上展示研究成果，写报告和起草要发表的论文，以及帮助经验少的同事。 先前的经验中使用以下技术将会优先考虑: 通过不同的技术合成无机固体，电化学技术（阻抗谱，4-探针法），丝网印刷技术和旋涂技术，热重分析（TGA），BET表面分析，透射（TEM）和扫描电子显微镜的（SEM/EDX），X射线光电子能谱（XPS），IR-和拉曼光譜。 工资待遇：每月5000 ～ 6000元 起始日期: 从现在开始，直到招满为止。 起始合同为一年时间。 联系人:请发简历以及求职信成绩单以及学位证书附件等至 Prof. Elena Yu. Konysheva (elena.konysheva@xjtlu.edu.cn)。 Lab technician/Research officer (Full-time) Project Title： Materials for Intermediate temperature fuel cell technology Requirements: Successful applicant should be highly motivated and have either a BSc/BEng (First Class or 2:1 honours degree) or expected to have MRes or MSc (Eng) in Material Science or Electrochemistry. Evidence of good spoken and written English is essential. It is also essential to have good team working skills and ability to carry out research in a multidisciplinary environment across the University and where necessary, deal with external parties in questions associated with analysis of the developed materials. It will be required to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of obtained data as well as generate suggestions for further development of the project. It is expected that the candidate will present research findings at the national/international workshops and conferences; write reports and drafts of papers for publication, and provide support to less experience colleagues. Duration: The position is available from July 2016 for 1 year at first instance. Project Description: Fuel cell technology provides the unique approach for generation of green energy with high efficiency. Electrochemical performance of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) and solid oxide electrolyser cell (SOEC) suffers from Cr deposition within the electrodes. The project will focus on the development of new materials suitable for application in both SOFC and SOEC devices with high tolerance to chromium poisoning. Previous experience in using the following techniques will be beneficial: synthesis of inorganic solids by different techniques, electrochemical techniques (impedance spectroscopy, 4 probes method), experience in screen–printing and spin-coating techniques, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), BET surface area analysis, Transmission (TEM) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), IR- and Raman spectroscopy. Konysheva (elena.konysheva@xjtlu.edu.cn) Job description Research officer role holder will manage own research activities, within the research programme “Materials for Intermediate temperature fuel cell technology”, and will be expected to carry out the role with minimum supervision. Representative Work Activities: • Develop research objectives/proposals for own or joint research. • Conduct individual and collaborative research projects working as part of international team. • Possess sufficient breadth/depth of specialist knowledge and experience in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within established research programmes. • Analyse and research data and draw conclusions on the outcomes. • Disseminate and publish research findings (individually or in collaboration with colleagues). • Attend and present results at National and International Conferences. • May be required to contribute to overall direction/aims/development of research programme. • Build contacts and participate in internal/external networks to develop knowledge, form relationships for possible future. • Use initiative and creativity to identify areas for research, develop new research methods and extend the research portfolio. • Plan and manage own research. • Manage organisation activities when delegated by supervisor. • Deal with problems affecting the achievement of research objectives and deadlines including using initiative and creativity to solve some unforeseen problems. • Supervision of students or less experienced research staff. • Liaise with technical and workshop staff. |
