Management staff (Secretary) position in Prof. Jeong’s Lab.

We are seeking highly motivated staff who can help the establishment of Prof. Jeong’s Lab in SUSTech.

Description:
Serve as a personal administrative assistant to the Prof. Jeong.
Provide information to the members by telephone, email or in-person.
Translate language, document (English and Chinese)
Operate general office equipment and use various software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, etc).
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

Position Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or higher (no restriction in major)
Excellent speaking, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
Willing to work efficiently under supervision, with good work ethics and teamwork spirit

Salary
Will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package that will be dependent on experience.

The position starts immediately.
