怎么算LOD值,用SERS基底检测染料(只有5.3个金币,真是谢谢啦:shuai:)

请问这篇文献的LOD值是怎么计算的啊,文章是这样写的: Fig. 6. As shown in Fig. 6A, the SERS intensity of the CV at 1174 cm-1 increased gradually with the increasing of the CV concentration. As shown in Fig. 6C, the log-log plot of the Raman intensity of CV at 1174 cm-1 versus its concentration yielded a good linear relationship. The linear equation was y ¼ 4.151+0.3557x (x was the logarithm of the CV concentration, y was logarithm of the SERS intensity of the Raman peak at 1174 cm-1, and the correlation coefficient (R2) was 0.978).
