[求助] 怎么算LOD值，用SERS基底检测染料（只有5.3个金币，真是谢谢啦:shuai:）

请问这篇文献的LOD值是怎么计算的啊，文章是这样写的：
Fig. 6. As shown in Fig. 6A, the SERS intensity of the CV at 1174 cm-1
increased gradually with the increasing of the CV concentration. As
shown in Fig. 6C, the log-log plot of the Raman intensity of CV at
1174 cm-1 versus its concentration yielded a good linear relationship.
The linear equation was y ¼ 4.151+0.3557x (x was the logarithm
of the CV concentration, y was logarithm of the SERS
intensity of the Raman peak at 1174 cm-1, and the correlation coefficient
(R2) was 0.978). The limit of detection (LOD) was about
1.03*10-10 M (S/N = 3).
