[交流] Postdoctoral Associate Position (Biomaterial) available 已有4人参与

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Associate position. The laboratory of Professor Zhu is a newly established group in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at University of North Texas. The Zhu lab focuses on fabricating and testing new biomaterials for cardiovascular and orthopedic applications. The work will consist of synthesizing biomaterials, fabricating microdevices, and conducting cell and animal research. The candidate will benefit from the opportunity to broaden their skill set, mentorship in a diverse research community, experience in mentoring junior researchers, exposure to medical device prototyping, and access to the facilities and faculty of a major research university.

Applicant must have a doctoral degree with a demonstrated record of innovative scientific accomplishments as evidenced by first-author papers published or accepted in premier journals.

Qualified candidates must be able to work independently, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, have a strong commitment to science, and work well within a group.

Established in 1890, UNT is one of the nation’s largest public universities with 37,000 students and a tier one research university in Dallas area. The University of North Texas is classified as one of the 115 "highest research" universities in the country, according to the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education.
