MAIN MISSION • Anticipate and tackle major public issues regarding health, nutrition, and alimentation • Advocate to support Danone’s business • build credibility and reputation of Danone by managing relations with external stakeholders KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Engage stakeholders to support credibility, company reputation and category growth • Coordinate relations with key internal/external stakeholders: health & nutrition KOLs. • Engage the relevant key Scientific Stakeholders in the cluster with defining and mapping plans • Ensure a consistent deployment of Danone positions regarding nutrition, health, alimentation and categories in the cluster Danone Institute • Implement daily operation tasks for DIC • Supporting Nutrition research program management for relevant activities, • Assist communication among health professionals by Newsletter editing/ symposium organization/ website management • Build relationship with government authority/ external resource in the area of nutrition and health • Build / keep align with Danone CBUs • Support and build up the knowledge of nutrition science of all Danone product related activities • Support operation of DIC Office MANAGERIAL COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL APTITUDES Functional competencies : • Health/Nutrition/Scientific background • Ability to develop networks internally and externally • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Collaborative mind set & attitudes QUALIFICATIONS • Over 2 years working experience on nutrition in food / home care/ personal care industry/NGO, • Academic degree holder of Biomedical/Nutrition/Science is preferred • Over 2 years working experience in multi-nation company is preferred • project management KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR • Enable to achieve DIC strategic plans and objectives • Network of key influencers • Danone’s positions advocacy SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE • General nutrition science • Food Science or Medicine is preferred and other relevant technical education background For those who are qualified and interested, please send your resume to : mendy.yang@danone.com |
