大家帮忙看看elex审稿人的意见，重投还有希望么 已有3人参与

The editorial committee has decided that the paper is not suitable for publication in ELEX. Any further submission by the authors to ELEX on this exact topic will not be received. Reasons are, Lack of novelty and/or impact, Lack of references and/or comparison to previous works, Insufficient measurement, Bad English, and Inappropriate format. Actually, there are many uncited articles published as to PWM based sliding mode control of Super-Boost converter. Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 do not depict any novelty compared to the uncited papers. Also, measurements results consist of Figures 5-12 are insufficient to explain significance compared to them. Furthermore, long sentences are messy with bad English. |
