我自己翻译了下论文摘要，看着都想笑，学长们帮我改改吧

摘 要 咖啡从杯子中泼洒溢出是一个人们司空见惯的现象，但是要科学系统地解释其原理，认识到其本质，仍旧是一个难题。这个问题最早由Krechetnikov和Hans Mayer提出来并进行研究。他们通过观察各类人群端着咖啡走动，记录数据并进行一系列理论研究。他们的成果公布后，使得其他科学家意识到这一现象的研究可以为工程上的防泼溅技术带来一定启发。本文仍以咖啡泼洒作为研究对象，但不同于Krechetnikov和Hans Mayer的以运动频率为重点，而是从流体属性的角度探究影响咖啡泼洒的因素。从杯内液体的粘度以及表面张力两个点入手，对这一现象进行深入研究。运用计算流体动力学相关知识，以CFD软件为数值模拟工具，模拟了8组不同粘度系数以及6组不同表面张力系数的液体在常见的一次性咖啡杯内低雷诺数流动的实验。实验对液体以外的人体行走模型，杯子运动模型等进行一系列简化，对相似运动的边界条件下的液体泼洒情况与液体的粘度以及表面张力的关系进行探索研究。研究过程提出液体流动适应性这一概念，并发现在低雷诺数流动状态且相似的边界条件下，液体的流动适应性可能在某个雷诺数附近变得最差，液体在此状态下最易于泼洒溢出杯子。 关键词：泼洒；低雷诺数；适应性；粘度；表面张力；数值模拟；计算流体动力学 ABSTRACT Coffee-spilling is a common phenomenon,but it is still a problem that to understand its essence scientifically.This problem was first proposed by Krechetnikov and Hans Mayer.They observed all kinds of people who walking with coffee,and the subject was recorded and investigated.After they published their results,the other scientists realized that the study of this phenomenon may bring some inspiration to scientists who was doing research on the technology of spill-resistant .It is different from the study of Krechetnikov and Hans Mayer’s,I focused on viscosity and surface tension instead instead of the motion frequency . Doing simulation and numerical calculating for liquid that separated into 8 groups which was based on different viscosity and 6 groups which was based on different surface tension in CFD software by utilizing knowledge of CFD. 翻译到这里实在翻不下去了。。。。不要笑我。。。 |

| Experiment focusing on liquid simplified Man-walking model and cup-moving model, investigating the relation of spilling situation, viscosity and surface tension ender the critical condition. As to low Reynolds number and similar criticals condition, moving adaptability created in the research process perhaps got the worst in the vicinity of a Reynolds number, which would make liquid spill most likely. |
