Is there a effective and effcient way to improve oral English?

Student in China usually hold ablities to write and read, when talking to someone they usually feel tough to express themselves and difficult to organize their sentances, therefor, Chinese English is always to be for them. How could we improve our oral English? Is there any way effective? When you deliever your resume to a perfect company, the interviews usually to be all in English or half in English. So how to speak English well or enough to communicate is really very important. 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

It's "spoken English" NOT "oral English" How often do you practice thinking in English ?? Questioning yourself in English is not hard, but to respond quickly in complete sentences is Writing is slow and gives you time to reconsider what you've put on paper Speaking requires a much faster response You're forced to repeat what you've heard before while thinking "How is what we're talking about different than what I heard on ___ ?" If you don't speak out about those differences before the ongoing conversation ends, then the dialog is not memorable, and the other people you're talking to won't remember what you said, either It's good practice, but if you're #5 among 20 job seekers trying to impress an interviewer, the fact that he or she doesn't remember you means you've failed Yes, writing a "Thank you note" afterwards does help, but what's worked for me before was to ask the interviewer for a piece of paper, write down what both of you remember, and to say "Thank you for teaching me ___ I learned something" right there BEFORE leaving the interview Try it sometime Definitely beats trying to speak properly under pressure |
