关于二氯化钛胶体合成装置问题！

据“J Phys. chem. 1996, 100, 4538-4545”记载了以下制备胶体二氧化钛的方法，有几个问题需要请教一下高手 colloidal TiO2 was prepared by dropwise addition of titanium chloride to cooled water. themperature and rate of component mixing of reactants were controlled by an apparatus developed for atomatic colloid preparation. A multiport adjustable-temperature liquid nitrogen cooled gas flow system was used to control both the temperature of TiCl4 prior to its addition t water and the temperature of the reaction vessel. A peristaltic pump with variable size lutlet ports was used to control the drop size as well as the drop rate of TiCl4. Following TiCl4 hydrolysis, the solution was dialyzed aganist distilled water at 4 'C. 问题一：A multiport adjustable-temperature liquid nitrogen cooled gas flow system 是怎样的装置 ，或者用什么东西搭建？有没有卖的，或者提供一些部件也可以。我觉得应该是蠕动泵配一些东西之类的，关键是 温度如何控制呀！ 问题二：TiCl4 这么容易水解，用蠕动泵往外取，是不是还得在往瓶子里补充氮气以平衡气压， 问题三：这篇文献 报道的制备出来是5 nm左右，没有其它简单一点的方法制备10 nm以下的二氯化钛，请高手们推荐一下呀， 制备成功可以追加更多金币！！ 谢谢！ |
