my study is about coating multiple layers on a glass substrate.if i can understand the passage well ,that is a 3Dmaterial.but the passage tells us a semiconductor ,made of the elements tin and oxygen, or tin monoxide (SnO), is a layer of 2D material.A new reasearch.and i want to know what is the lesson? about the new research or the physics? |
