基于多方面 综合考虑,寻求 最佳烟气处理 方案,使得 烟气排放 达到 相关指标 要求。根据 处理系统的 选择原则,最终 确定 设计方案为:先脱硝,再除尘,最后脱硫;其中 脱硝 采用 选择性非催化还原法(SNCR),除尘 采用 袋式除尘器,脱硫 采用 石灰石湿法。
On the basis of comprehensively considering multiple aspects, we sought for the optimal treatment scheme of flue gas in the hope of meeting the criteria on flue gas emission. According to selection principle of treatment system, the final design scheme was: denitration, then dust extraction, finally desulfuration. Denitration was implemented by Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction(SNCR); dust extraction was performed using bag type dust collector; desulfuration was conducted by limestone washing method.
在脱硝技术的 设计中,SNCR脱硝 在 锅炉炉膛内 进行,还原剂 选择液氨,由 多喷嘴喷射器 喷入 锅炉 炉膛 内,NH3 消耗量 为14.7kg/h。在除尘器的 设计中,选用 脉冲喷吹 袋式除尘器。除尘器 长度和宽度 都设计为2.4m,高度设计 为14.0m,其中 包括滤袋 长度8.0米,灰斗高度1.6m。
Regarding the design of denitration technology, SNCR denitration was conducted inside of boiler furnace, in which liquid ammonia, serving as reducing agent, was sprayed into furnace by multi-nozzle ejector, and the consumption rate of NH3 was 14.7kg/h. As for the design of dust remover, we used a pulse-jet bag type dust collector, of which the length and width were both 2.4m, the height was 14.0m including a 8m-long filter-bag and a 1.6m ash bucket. |
