Through comprehensively comparing domestic and foreign decarburization processes of synthetic ammonia, we selected the optimal scheme, conducted material balance and heat balance of the whole ammonia synthesis process, determined the each reasonable procedure and equipment parameters. On basis of guaranteeing normal operation, we also conducted process calculation of specific chemical equipment. ¸ÃÉè¼Æ ²ÉÓà Á½¶ÎÎüÊÕ¹¤ÒÕ£¬½«ÎüÊÕËþ ·ÖΪ Ëþ¾¶²»Í¬µÄ Á½¶Î ʹÆä ¸ü¼ÓºÏÀí ÓÐЧÂÊ£¬¸üÄܹ» Âú×㹤ÒÕÒªÇó¡£ÎüÊÕËþ Ö÷ÒªÊÇ ¶Ô ºÏ³ÉÆøÖÐ ¶þÑõ»¯Ì¼ ½øÐÐ Íѳý ÒԱ㠻ØÊÕÀûÓá£Ôںϳɰ± ¹ý³ÌÖУ¬¶þÑõ»¯Ì¼ ×÷Ϊ ºÏ³ÉÆøÖÐ µÄÔÓÖÊ£¬¿ÉÄÜ Ê¹ºÏ³É°± ´ß»¯¼Á Öж¾ Ó°Ïì ºÏ³ÉЧÂÊ¡£Í¬Ê±¶þÑõ»¯Ì¼ ¿ÉÒÔ ÖØÐ ±»ÓÃÓÚ Éú²úÄòËØ¡¢»¯·ÊµÈ£¬¼ä½Ó ¼õÉÙÁ˶þÑõ»¯Ì¼µÄ ÅÅ·Å£¬ÓÐÀûÓÚ ±£»¤»·¾³¡£ In this design, a two-stage absorption technology was adopted, in which absorption tower was divided into two pieces with different diameters, so as to realize a system with higher efficiency an reasonability and meet technological requirements. Absorption tower was mainly used to remove CO2 from synthetic gas for recycling. In the process of ammonia synthesis, CO2 as a gas impurity may poison catalyst and thus impact synthesis efficiency. In addition, CO2 can be recycled for producing urea and chemical fertilizer, which is an method for indirectly reducing CO2 emission and for environment protection. ¹Ê ÎüÊÕËþµÄµÄ Éè¼Æ ÊÇ ·Ç³£ÓбØÒªµÄ¡£±¾Éè¼Æ Ö÷ÒªÊÇ ÀûÓà ±¾·Æ¶û·¨ ¶Ô ¶þÑõ»¯Ì¼½øÐÐ ÎüÊÕÍѳý¡£Éè¼ÆÄÚÈÝ °üÀ¨ È·¶¨ ×î¼ÑÍÑ̼ ¹¤ÒÕÁ÷³Ì£¬¶ÔËùÑ¡¶¨µÄµÄ ¹¤ÒÕÁ÷³Ì ½øÐмÆË㣬ȷ¶¨ ÎüÊÕËþµÄ ½á¹¹³ß´ç ²¢ »æÖÆ ¹¤³Ìͼֽ¡£¾ ÎüÊÕºó Ҫʹ ºÏ³ÉÆøÖÐµÄ ¶þÑõ»¯Ì¼ÔÚ ³ö¹¤ÐòÖÐµÄ º¬Á¿µÍÓÚ0.1£¥£¨¸É»ù£©£¬ÒÔÂú×㹤ÒÕÐèÇó¡£ Therefore the design of absorption tower is very necessary. In this design, CO2 was mainly removed by Benfield method. Design content include the determination of optimal decarburization process, calculation of the process, determination of absorption tower dimension, and engineering drawing. After absorption, the content of CO2 in synthetic gas should be lower than 0.1£¥£¨dry basis£©, otherwise the technological requirement cannot be satisfied. |
