GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANT POSITION IN ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AT THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at The George Washington University (GW) is seeking a Ph.D.-level graduate student in environmental nanotechnology. Applicants should have B.S. or M.S. degree and research experiences in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, materials sciences, or a closely related field. Hand-on experiences with membrane processes, thin-film synthesis, and nanomaterials are desirable. The successful candidate will enroll in fall 2009 and participate in collaborative projects related to the development of nanocomposite materials for environmental applications. The applicants are encouraged to send by e-mail a curriculum vitae, names/e-mail addresses of three references, and a one-page statement of personal objectives to: baoxia.mi@yale.edu.
