黄芩苷与金属离子配合物稳定常数的测定 摘要：黄芩苷具有抗菌消炎、降压、利尿、护肝、清除自由基等广泛的药理活性，是中药黄芩的主要有效成分之一，其与某些微量金属离子生成配合物，可提高生物活性并降低金属的毒性。本实验用氢氧化钾滴定黄芩苷铜、钴、铝、铬离子溶液，用雷磁自动电位滴定仪记录其反应过程，分别用生成函数截距法、半整数法、分段拟合法、直接计算法这四种方法来计算黄芩苷与金属配离子的稳定常数。 关键词：黄芩苷 金属离子 截距法 半整数法 分段拟合法 直接计算法 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

The measurement for complexation stability constants of Baicalin and metal ion Abstract: Baicalin possess extensive pharmacological activities such as antisepsis and anti-inflammation, drop of blood pressure, diuresis, liver protection and free radicals scavenging, etc.. It is one of main effective components in Scutellaria Baicalensis of traditional Chinese medicine. Baicalin and some trace metal ions can generate complex, which improves biological activity and reduces the toxicity of metals. In this experiment, potassium hydroxide solution is used to titrate the solution of baicalin including copper ion, cobalt ion, aluminium ion and chromium ion. Leici automatic potentiometric titrator is adopted to record its reaction process. The stability constants of baicalin and metal complex ion are calculated by generating four methods, namely, function intercept method, half-integer method, segmental fitting method and direct computing method.
