[求助] 用polyflow做模拟挤出,出现错误?

用polyflow做模拟挤出,材料选材料库中的材料,进行广义牛顿非等温流体分析,出现错误?


1.Update failed for the Solution component in Fluid Flow - Extrusion (Polyflow).  The Polyflow Solver for system Fluid Flow - Extrusion (Polyflow) exited with an error. No results file is available.Detailed information can be found in the listing file for the run, which can be viewed by selecting [Listing Viewer] from the Solution component.

     The problem Preprocessors   has not converged.


     *  Expert tool suggestions  *

     There is a non-linearity in problem Navier-Stokes 3D introduced by
     the power law index (n) of the viscosity law.  The value of the power
     law index is 2.2722e-007.
     The expert system suggests to use a Picard iterative scheme with a
     number of iterations about 30 or 40.

     There is a non-linearity in problem Inflow introduced by the power
     law index (n) of the viscosity law.  The value of the power law index
     is 2.2722e-007.
     The expert system suggests to use a Picard iterative scheme with a
     number of iterations about 30 or 40.

     There is a non-linearity in problem Navier-Stokes 3D introduced by

     coupling with Newton-Raphson iterative scheme.  The evolution scheme
     must be the following :

        -   Initial increment = 2.8402e-007 = n/0.8.

     If you can not define the evolution with those typical values of the
     evolution parameters, maybe your problem is not well defined.  Please
     check the setup of your simulations.
