| 各浓度药物分别作用24h后，对细胞生长抑制作用结果表明，含等量药物的1%吐温溶液和载药脂质体均可显著抑制B16细胞的增殖，且随着药物浓度的增高，抑制作用更明显；而在高药物浓度条件下，载药脂质体对细胞的抑制作用明显高于游离药物（P＜0.05），且并行进行空白脂质体基本没有毒性。 |

| The results from cell growth inhibition assay showed that after 24 hr exposure at different concentrations, both 1% solution of this drug solubilized with the help of Tween 80 and the liposomal drug had apparent growth inhibition, and there is a dose-related inhibitory effects that is proportional to the amount used. Under relatively high dosages, liposomal drug showed significantly higher inhibitory effect than that using drug solubalized with Tween 80, while liposomes without drug loaded had no cell inhibition effect. |
