Measurement of Heavy Metal Content in TCM using Graphite Furance Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
快速,简单而 又准确地 测定 复杂 基体样品中的 痕量元素 是 原子光谱分析 领域中 一个重要的 研究课题。近年来,人们对 中药的 关注 不断的提升,中药中 重金属含量 成为了 人们研究的 热点。本文 采用 悬浮液 进样 -石墨炉原子吸收 测定 黄芩,桑叶,麦冬中 重金属 含量,与 水煎法 测定 其重金属含量 进行对比。本工作的 主要研究内容 如下:
A fast, simple and accurate measurement of trace elements contents in complex matrix sample has become an important research topic in field of atomic spectral analysis. In recent years, measurement heavy metal content in TCM has become a hot issue with people's increasing attention on TCM. In this paper, heavy metals contents in radix scutellariae, folium mori, and radix ophiopogonis were respectively measured based on method of suspension sample injection-graphite furnace atomic absorption, and the measured results were compared with those measured by decocting method. Major research contents of this paper are as below:
(1)研究对 悬浮液 稳定条件 的优化,选用 琼脂溶液 作为 样品粉末的 悬浮剂,应用 悬浮液进样 测定 样品中 Cu,Pb元素的 含量,选用 硝酸 作为 悬浮液介质,优化 悬浮液稳定的 条件,有效的 抑制了 悬浮液进样的 基体干扰 和 背景吸光度 的干扰。
This research optimized the stable condition of suspension. By adopting agar solution as suspension of powder sample, nitric acid as medium for suspension, the contents of Cu and Pb in sample suspension were measured in method of suspension sample injection, and basic interference as well as interference of background-absorbency were effectively inhibited.
(2)计算 悬浮状态下 样品中 重金属含量 与 水煎法测定 样品中 重金属含量的 比值,使人们 能够清晰的 认识到 人们在日常生活中 采用水煎法 食用 中药时 重金属的 含量。
Through calculating the ratios between heavy metal contents in sample suspension measured by graphite furance atomic absorption and heavy metal contents measured by decocting method, people can clearly know the heave metals contents in TCM taken by decocting method in their daily life. |
