各位虫友： 最近往Applied Catalysis B投了一篇文章，技术审查没有通过，语言重复率过高，意见如下： Thank you for your submission to APCATB which I have read with interest. I regret to inform you however, that the manuscript will not be considered further as a paper submitted to APCATB, since the overall 26% of this manuscript is identical to the previous publications, particularly including 8% from JCAT (2015) by the authors based upon the CrossChecking Engine supported by EES. Indeed, Elsevier has strong and rigid publication policy, particularly on the plagiarism, even for self-plagiarism. Some of the sentences and phrases included in the Experimental and Discussion parts of the manuscript have been plagiarized. Any kind of ethical issue can be immediately raised. I am sorry not to have better news for you in an earlier stage of the review procedure. However, you may resubmit the manuscript to APCATB or other related journal after appropriate rewriting and I wish you success with publishing this work. The related journals can be easily confirmed in the citation of your paper submitted. Thank you for your interest in APCATB. 大家碰到过这种情况吗？怎么处理的?有必要自己重新论述一下重投呢？还是通过elsiver网站付费修改啊？急！！！ |
