我是住在美国人家里的，没有合同，现在为止住了20天，感觉房东不是个nice的人，住的不太自在，然后我找好了公寓，就跟房东说我就住这一个月，然后搬走。房东却说，你应该提前一个月跟我说，然后还说，你这只提前10来天，我在网上不一定招的到租客，招不到就不能退租。来之前我有说过可能住半年，但房东也说不高兴随时走。
如果我执意要走，然而房东不退我押金（押了200刀），我该怎么办，该像谁求助？希望广大虫友给点意见，谢谢啦
