[求助] 量子点的制备

这是文献中量子点的制备部分,求大神翻译精确,毕竟是操作步骤,一字错也有可能整个实验出错。还希望翻译者告示1和2是步骤的承接(就是做完1再做2),还是2是独立的步骤(就是1是1,2是2,都是独立的步骤)??




1,Synthesis of CDs and AuNCs.
    The CDs were synthesized by microwave-assisted method. Freshly prepared aqueous solution of glucose was heated in a domestic microwave for 20 min. The obtained product was centrifuged and then the resultant supernate containing luminescent CDs was dialyzed with a dialysis tube (molecular weight 1000) against doubly distilled water for 24 h, and finally, the product was obtained. Meanwhile, fluorescent gold nanoclusters (AuNCs) were prepared by HAuCl4 and glutathione (GSH) using microwaveassisted method for 20 min.
2,Synthesis of GCDs.
   The GCDs were synthesized based on the modification of preparing CDs and AuNCs. Typically, 5 mL of 20 mM freshly prepared HAuCl4 aqueous solution and 1.5 mL of 100 mM GSH were mixed, and then the mixture solution was diluted by distilled water up to 50 mL in a round bottomed flask at room temperature. The mixture was heated to 80 °C under gentle stirring for 2 h. Then the mixture was transferred into a conical flask and dissolved 2 g glucose. The resulting solution was heated in a domestic
microwave for 20 min. The obtained product was dissolved again and centrifuged (16 000g, 30 min). After that, the resultant supernatant containing luminescent GCDs were dialyzed with a dialysis tube (molecular weight 8000−14 000) against doubly distilled water for 24 h, and finally the product was obtained.

1,CD和AuNC的合成。
    通过微波辅助方法合成CD。新配制的葡萄糖水溶液于家用微波炉中加热20分钟得到的产物甩干,然后用双倍蒸馏水通过一种渗析管(分子量1000)对所形成的含有发光的CD的上层液进行渗析24小时,最后得到产物。ined. 同时采用微波辅助方法由HAuCl4和谷胱甘肽(GSH)制备荧光金纳米簇(AuNC) 20分钟。
2,GCD的合成。
   在CD和AuNC制备方法改进的基础上合成GCD。通常情况在室温下于一个圆底的烧瓶中先将5毫升20mM的新配制的HAuCl4水溶液和1.5毫升100mM的GSH混合,然后用蒸馏水稀释混合物溶液至50毫升。温和搅拌下混合物加热至至80°C2小时。 然后将混合物移至一个锥形烧瓶溶解2克葡萄糖。得到的溶液于家用微波炉中加热20分钟。 所得产物再次溶解并甩干(16000g, 30分钟)。然后,用双倍蒸馏水通过一种渗析管(分子量8000?14 000)对所形成的含有发光CD的上层液进行渗析24小时,最后得到产物。
