把聚四氟乙烯微粉与聚甲醛混合，制备出不同的配比，把混合料加进双螺杆挤出机内，挤出造粒，注塑制备成样条。对样品进行力学性能，摩擦磨损性能测试，与未加人填充剂聚四氟乙烯的聚甲醛和其他公司的聚甲醛改性产品进行比较。 Mix PTFE micropowders with POM; synthesize different proportion, then add the compound into double-screw extruder; squeeze out pelleting; inject molding and prepare sample. Make mechanical properties as well as friction and wear performance test for sample. POM without adding filler-PTFE is compared with other modified POM products of the company. |

The mechanical properties and frictional and abrasion performances of the sticks were tested and compared with those without polytetrafluoroethylene and those of other company’ modified Polyformaldehyde products. |
