energy policy 一审大修，审稿人提的意见我看不很懂，求大神指教。 已有2人参与

因为专业不是从事能源政策类研究的，虽然看过几篇文章，但是很多东西不懂。给了30天修改，就1个人审稿人意见，最后一条还是鼓励重写，压力山大。 审稿意见如下： 1. The paper needs a framework to address the major issues 框架是指的是什么？ 2. In the introduction, we need to set an action plan with coal reserve under changing energy-mix environment in China 设置煤炭储量的行动计划是什么意思？我文中分析了煤炭储量。 3. Section 4 and 5 are relevant for the readers of this journal. Here we need to have a clear policy prescriptions identifying the historical trend with future prospects 清晰的政策处方识别历史趋势和未来前景？政策处方和历史趋势、未来前景之间的关系怎么体现？ 4. I encourage the authors to rewrite this manuscript aiming at the following issues: Why does this research topic is interesting for China in context of overall energy scenario? Identify historical and future trends, various technology and policy relevance of your findings should be discussed in detail.@Monash2011 |
