如题，投稿J. Power Sources，直接被编辑拒了，下一步该怎么办，感觉木有爱了 The Journal of Power Sources receives many more manuscripts than publishable in the journal (the ratio is presently about 4). As a result, we must decline a substantial proportion of manuscripts without sending them to reviewers. This decision is made by the editors when it appears that a paper will not succeed in the competition for limited space. In this way you are able to submit your manuscript to a different journal.
