如今 我国农业发展 面临着 高投入、低产出、低效益、资源高消耗 和 过度利用、生态退化、环境恶化 等 严峻问题。农业资源浪费 与 环境问题破坏 已经成为 制约 可持续发展的 瓶颈问题。现代 农业园区 是上述问题的 重要途径。在现代农业园区 尚未 普及的地区,从 循环经济的 理念角度 出发 进行 现代农业园区 选址,建立 一定数量的
示范点 是相当有必要的。因此,示范点的选取 便成为 待解决 问题之一。
At present, China agriculture development is challenged by problems such as high investment, low output, low efficiency, large resource consumption, ecological degradation, and environmental degradation. Agricultural resource waste and environmental destruction have become bottleneck problem which constrain agricultural sustainable development. In regions where the concept of modern agricultural park has not be popularized, it is necessary to select sites for building modern agricultural parks in the perspective of circular economy and build certain amount of exemplary bases. Therefore,selection of exemplary base becomes a key problem to be solved.
本文在对 空间优化 选址模型 优缺点 梳理的 基础上,接着 针对 候选点 覆盖范围 可能会 相互重叠,每组 候选点 覆盖范围 均不一样,当 候选点 较多时,候选方案总数 会以 指数式增长,本文 采用 遗传算法 以快速选取 其中最佳方案。采用 GIS的矢量分析,根据 遗传算法 和 层次分析法的 特点,建立了 AHP-GA模型。并以 广东省佛山市
高明区 杨和镇为例,结合 耕地的 自然等特点 设计了 粗略 耕地连片度 计算的方法,构建出 一个 基于 层次分析法的 遗传算法的 土规划决策模型。具体是 用层次分析法 将影响 农业园区 的 因子 建立 判断矩阵,接着 利用ArcGIS的 空间分析工具 提取 耕地的 交通便利度 和 耕地的连片度,再根据 每块耕地的面积大小 设定 其负载能力 即示范点的 服务范围。本文 将上述因子 和 数据 放入 MATLAB进行 遗传算法迭代,最后利用 ArcGIS 将选定的点的分布情况 展示出来。
Regarding problems such as possibly existed coverage area overlap of candidate points, different coverage areas among different groups of candidate points, and exponential growth of total number of candidate schemes when there are more candidate points, this paper adopted genetic algorithm to quickly select the optimal scheme on the basis of figuring out advantages and disadvantages of optimized location model. According to characteristics of genetic algorithm (GA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), AHP-GA model was established through GIS vector analysis. In addition, taking Yanghe Town,Gaoming District,Foshan of Guangdong as example, we designed calculation method of connectivity degree of cultivated land by combing natural characteristics of cultivated land, and thus established land planing decision model based on AHP-GA. To be specific, we first established judgment matrix based on influencing factors of agricultural park using AHP, and then set load capacity (i.e.service range of exemplary base) of each block of cultivated land according to its area. In this paper, the up-mentioned influencing factors and data were input into MATLAB for GA iteration, and finally the distribution conditions of selected points were exhibited using ArcGIS.
经过以上方法,大体实现了 现代农业园区的 快速选址,取得了 较为理想的 效果,对于 今后的 现代农业园区 项目选址 有一定的参考意义。
Through above methods, it basically realized quick site selection of modern agricultural park and achieved ideal results, which provides certain reference significance for site selection of modern agricultural park in the future. |
