Senior Engineer / Engineer – Solid State Light, Display and Printed Electronics (Ref. 15098) Duties: The appointee will conduct R&D work on the development of solid state electrolyte for battery and other electrochemical devices. Primary responsibilities include the screening of electrolyte materials for battery electrolyte, optimization of electrolyte for printable battery, fabrication and packaging of electrochemical devices, characterization and testing of various devices. Requirements: A Ph.D degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Material Science or related field; Prior experiences on electrochemistry and Li-ion battery research are necessary, preferably on solid state electrolyte formulation; Solid experiences in laboratory research or testing are necessary; Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, ability of literature and testing/industrial standard review are needed; Ability to work independently under tight schedule and good communication skills; Candidates with more working experiences will be considered as Senior Engineer. Salary and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Medical and dental benefits as well as annual leave will be provided. Appointment will be offered on a contract basis, renewable subject to mutual agreement and performance.
