The authors used a calibration curve covering a range of 100. In order to demonstrate sufficient linearity I would strongly recommend that the response factor (response divided by concentration) is plotted against the concentration. The system is linear, if the response factors calculated at the various concentration form a line parallel to the x-axis. In addition I am concerned that due to the large range that establishes the calibration curve, measurements at low concentration are getting rather imprecise. 我定量的基质矫正曲线的线性范围为2-200ug/kg, 审稿人的这个意见真把我问住了，请求帮忙 |
