"complete and send to review"30天后无消息，能催稿吗 已有2人参与

论文投出6个月了，上月投稿历史显示“complete and send to review”，随后30天过去又没了消息！能不能催下稿。催稿信如下是否可以，请赐教！！ Dear Prof.***: Sorry for disturbing you. I am not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my submitted manuscript titled “*****”. (Manuscript number: ***) . The status of under review has been lasting for 47days, and there was a massage that show “complete and send to review” in history 30 days ago.
