ICSS international conference on small science 邀请我invited talk，这事靠谱吗

这是个什么国际会议，没有听说过，会议主页也挺简陋，貌似之前在香港，美国，澳洲开过（To continue its success of last events at Phuket, Thailand(2015), Hong Kong(2014), Las Vegas, USA(2013), Orlando, USA(2012), and Sydney (2011), ），会议主席是Prof. Zhiming Wang， Institute of Fundamental and Frontier Sciences, UESTC, China。 前后发了两个邮件请我做invited talk，可是我只是一个懵懂的博士小白啊，不知道他们怎么会给我发，还是骗人哒？我也没钱去啊 这邮件要回吗？ |
