做热喷涂的虫子们来看看

公司最近接了一个项目，要做热喷涂，在碳钢表面做镍基碳化物涂层。但是我现在对这个一窍不通，看了文献也是一知半解，希望这方面的大牛们能指点迷津，推荐一下综述或者书籍？ 介绍一下项目中的一个工件，T型三通管，直径60厘米、碳钢材质，工件的使用工况是90摄氏度、弱酸性的炉渣水伴随大小不一的沙粒，从4米高空冲刷管道底部，进而分流，受冲刷位置碳钢腐蚀磨损严重。 不知道南京附近哪里可以做这个热喷涂？价格在多少一平方？ 或者大牛帮我推荐一下热喷涂设备和所需的喷涂材料？ 如果可以，直接做我们的技术顾问也行～ 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
