Synthesis of Aziridine Adducts 5: A solution of N-propenoyl (5R)-5-phenylmorpholin-2-one (3; 231 mg, 1mmol) and the requisite aryl azide (1.5 mol) in toluene was heated to reflux for 2–3 h until TLC analysis indicated the absence of dipolarophile. Solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the crude material was purified by flash column chromatography on silica, eluting with PE–Et2O (1:7) to furnish the compounds 5 as colourless solids. 请求专业翻译，谢谢 |
