Hi all, I am looking for a good postdoc research fellow working on the human factors of autonomous vehicles (AV) for one year and can be extended subject to performance review and funding availability. The human factors can be the interaction between AV and pedestrian/cyclist in intersection, or interaction between normal vehicle and AV, etc. The detailed requirements for the position are shown below: 1. Already graduated with PhD degree (or master degree with superior research skills) in transportation/traffic related field; 2. Have extensive experience on driving simulation; 3. Good knowledge on traffic flow and related traffic simulation software, such as Vissim; 4. Experience with road design and traffic control/design at intersection; 5. Strong in other relevant modelling and mathematical skills; 6. Strong publication record; 7. English proficiency and self-motivation.
