氧化物界面的二维电子气表现出独特的属性,如强关联效应,高的电子密度,强磁性和二维超导。本文介绍复杂氧化物异质结中的高迁移率的二维电子气,特别是二维电子气在SrTiO3中的输运问题。我们介绍在实验和理论上对SrTiO3的二维电子气的认识和理解。   
  There are the unique properties at oxide interface of two-dimensional electron gases.For example, strong correlation effect,high electron density,strong magnetism and two dimensional superconductivity.In this paper, we introduce two dimensional electron gas with high mobility in complex oxide heterostructures.Especially the transport problem of two-dimensional electron gas in SrTiO3.We introduce experimentally and theoretically understanding of the two-dimensional electron gas in SrTiO3.

   Two-dimension(或者Two dimensional,中间的横线就表示形容词) electron gas on oxides interface shows unique properties like strong correlation effect,high electron density,strong magnetism and two dimensional superconductivity. In this paper, two dimensional electron gas with high mobility in complex oxide heterostructures was introduced ,especially the transport problem of two-dimension electron gas in SrTiO3.   Moreover the  experimental and theoretical  understanding of the two-dimensional electron gas in SrTiO3 was also discussed.
通常后面这种都要写成被动句式,还有你中文写的不太好啊。。。。
