投稿EC，被拒后，申诉后编辑来信，我该怎么回复？ 已有2人参与

文章投稿EC,两个审稿人，一个小修，一个说文章值得发表但是建议转投材料类杂志。编辑依据审稿意见拒稿。我们感觉有申诉的可能，写了申诉信，认真回复了审稿人的问题，几天后编辑来信说有一个问题回答的不专业，让我修改回答（详情见编辑来信） In the case of your manuscript, referee #2 raised very important? issues and on the basis of his/her comments your manuscript was rejected. Examination of your replies shows that one of the major issue (This manuscript does not make any significant distinction between this work and the papers that have been published) is not specifically addressed in your replies. The novelty and significance should be demonstrated by proper comparison and discussion of your results relative to those of the recent literature. I will be willing to consider a new version of your work if the above mentioned issue is? properly addressed. Your new manuscript will have to be convincing enough as it will be? sent out to external referees, including those of the first review. 那么问题来了：（1）我需要修改手稿吗？？ 如果需要修改手稿，毕竟已经拒稿了，感觉只能重投才能上传新手稿给编辑了？ （2）申诉信肯定需要重写了。然后用不同 颜色标注这次写申诉信与原来的申诉信的不同的。重点从新回答编辑说的那个问题。 请大家说说到底应该怎么回复编辑？？ 谢谢在线等 |

回答2问题：编辑说你的写的论文创新性不足，你的工作内容没有很好的表达出来。你应该重写你的手搞，仔细比较你的结果与别人的最新结果 。然后仔细讨论。至于回编辑信，个人觉得应该仔细说你的创新性，你的结果与别人不同在什么地方。申诉信应该不用写了。编辑如果同意你在把你新写手稿交上去。 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
