文章被拒，叫重投，又像是大修，求助？

今天收到decision，文章状态是reject，下面是编辑的信： The comments of the referees are enclosed for your consideration. We hope the information provided by the referees is helpful to you. However, as suggested by the referees, we would like to encourage you to prepare a new version of your manuscript and to resubmit this to the Journal if you have made a thorough revision and you are confident in convincing the referees. But for that you must do the additional experimental work asked by the reviewers. If this is not done, it is not useful to resubmit : your manuscript will be rejected. If or when you resubmit please have a detailed list (point to point) of your responses to each item of the review comments, and highlight your revised text in red in the new version of your manuscript. When you do so, please enter the original Manuscript ID in the appropriate field in the manuscript details page. 第二段话好像是叫大修，第三段话什么意思？the original Manuscript ID 什么意思？ 有没有哪个虫子碰到过这种情况？能否给我解释一下我该怎么办？ |
