本文用(PHD)分别与A、B经溶液缩聚反应合成了(DPS, DPD);用PAD、HA、A经溶液缩聚反应合成PAS。GPC测试结果表明DPS和DPD的数均分子量分别为80000和6000,确定了使用高活性的单体(A)参与亲核反应可以得到高分子量的DPS。DSC测试结果: DPS的Tg为240℃,DAS的Tg为210℃,高于商用(ABS)的玻璃转化温度。TGA测试结果: DPS与DSB起始热分解温度>400℃,与ABS起始热分解温度相近。APS与ADS的溶解性测试,表明其不溶于碱、酸、醇,溶于多数有机溶剂,具有耐腐蚀性和可加工性。 请大家帮忙修改下,3楼是我自己写的 [ Last edited by zhangdezhi on 2008-10-28 at 09:09 ] |

| In this paper ,(DPS,DPD)were synthesized via solution polycondensation of PHD and A as well as PHD and B. a novel (PAS) was synthesized by the solution polycondensation of PHD 、A and B. P r o p e r t i e s o f p o l y me r s w e r e c h a r a e t e r iz e d b y FT-IR,1H-NMR,GPC,DSC,TGA e t c. Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) test showed that the number average molecular weight were respectively DPS(17000) AND DPD (6600), and it has determined that polymerization under nucleophilic aromatic substitution (NAS) condition with highly active momomers gave high molecular weight products. DSC results showed the glass transition temperatures of the DPS and DPD were 240°C and 210°C respectively.,which is higher than the value reported for commercial ABS (200).Temperatures of onset of weight loss of these polymers(DPS ,DPD) is greater than 400°C ,it was similar to commercial ABS. Using the method of solution polycondensation between PHD and A、B, DPS,DPD can be synthesized. PAD,HA and A can be also used to synthesize PAS using the same method. GPC test showed that the average molecular weight of DPS and DPD were 80000 and 6000, which proved the DPS with high molecular weight can be obtained by using the highly active monomer (A) in the nucleophilic reaction. DSC results showed the Tg of the DPS and DPD were 240°C and 210°C respectively.,which is higher than the translating temperature of the ABS glass. TGA test showed that the initial thermal decomposition temperature of DPS and DPD is higher than 400°C ,which was similar to that of ABS. The solubility test of APS and ADS showed that it is insoluble in alkali、acid and mellow,but it is soluble in most organic solvent. What ‘s more, it has corrosion resistance and machinability. |
