像Genbank提交序列，工作人员回复说需要修剪，请问怎么修剪啊？

Sequences received from a sequencing company need to be trimmed of any low quality data at the ends. These do have a high percentage of similarity to 16S but it is only over a portion of the sequence, not the complete sequence. For example A-0V-1-A: nucleotides 1-42 show no similarity to 16S Please trim and resubmit. Provide the corrected submission file 请问我该怎么修剪，可以根据Blast的结果来修剪么？只选取Blast的有效序列 |
