硼酸盐发光体系 是目前为止 研究最少 的荧光粉基质,据统计,现如今的 中国 所生产的 三基色荧光粉中,有90%是 铝酸盐基质,很少一部分 才是 硼酸盐基质,正因为如此,说明了 硼酸盐的 开发 尚 未彻底完成,仍具 有很大的 研究潜能。硼酸盐的 优点 在 于种类繁多,并且 具有一些 其他氧化物 矿物基质 所不能 比拟的 性质。硼酸盐的 主要特点 在于在 真空紫外灯(VUV)下 具有 极高的 发光效率,这是我们 所探索的 低能耗的 一项重要指标,这一发现 也决定了 硼酸盐 未来 将会成为 最优秀的 真空紫外 激发 荧光材料 的基质。
As of now, borate luminescence system is a kind of phosphor matrix that has been least researched. According to related statistics, of all China-produced trichromatic phosphors, aluminate accounts for nearly 90% of total
quantity and borate matrix only shares a small proportion. Therefore, it indicates borate has been far from being completely explored and large research potentials lie within. Borate is advantangeous for tis large diversity and for some properties which are unparalleled over that of other oxide mineral matrixes. The major advantage of borate is its extremely high luminous efficiency under VUV, which is an important index leading to our pursuit of low-energy. This finding claims that borate will be the most excellent VUV-excited fluorescent material matrix.
本文主要阐述的 是通过 高温固相反应法 合成一种 新型硼酸盐 发光体系基质,并 进行 基质测试 与 合成条件的 最优筛选。之后 进行 以稀土离子 为激发剂,替代 Sr的荧光粉 取代合成。用X射线衍射仪 和 分子荧光分析仪 等仪器 对所制备的 荧光粉 进行 表征和分析,以筛选 最优 荧光粉 合成方案。
This paper mainly elaborated synthesis of a novel borate luminescence system matrix based on high temperature solid state mathod, and then tested the new matrix and screened out the optimum synthesis condition. Subsequently, Sr-replaced phosphor was synthesized by using rare earth ion as activator. After that the newly prepared phosphor was characterized and analyzed using intruments such as x-ray diffractometer and molecular fluorescence analyzer in the hope of screening out the optimum systhesis scheme of phosphor.
