关于genbank序列提交的问题，各位大神帮忙看看！！！谢谢啦

[4] isolate: unique designation for those sequences which are isolated, but are not strains; commonly used for non-bacterial/non-archeal submissions. These can also be the laboratory designation that is used to distinguish your samples. 我已经在bankit上边提交啦，这个给我的回信上边问到的问题，由于是第一次提交，都不太明白是什么意思，提供编号什么的，我这根本就没有这么多的信息，我只是从水样里边分离纯化得到的一株真菌，做PCR进行测序，然后就在NCBI上边进行对比，就提交序列啦！各位大神帮帮看看，十分感谢！！！ |
