流线型煤粉均衡阀改造分析 摘要：提出了一种新型可调式煤粉均衡阀，该煤粉均衡阀阀体采用流线型设计方案，可以减小流阻系数降低阀体磨损，调节各一次风管道之间的风粉均衡分配。使用计算流体力学（CFD）方法对包含均衡阀部分管道数值仿真，模拟一次风管道内流场分布、阻力状况以及煤粉颗粒分布状况，分析了阀体转角、流速、阻力等相关因素的影响，结果表明：采用流线型设计的煤粉均衡阀对一次风风速的影响较小，通过转动阀体角度可以调节煤粉管道阻力，具有均衡各一次风管道内的煤粉浓度、煤粉分配以及煤粉颗粒速度的作用。 关键词：流线型；煤粉均衡阀；流阻系数；一次风；计算流体力学 |

Being designed in a streamline style, this pulverized coal balanced value enjoys a reduced flow resistance coefficient and a decreased abrasion, and can adjust equilibrium assignment of air/pulverized coal between primary air pipes. By employing CFD for numerical simulation of pipe section where the balanced valve is included, we simulated flow field distribution, resistance condition, and pulverized coal particle distribution condition in primary air pipe, and analyzed the influences of related factors such as valve rotation angle, flow speed, and resistance. Results show that the proposed streamline pulverized coal balanced valve is of insignificant effect to primary air velocity. Through rotating angle of balanced valve, pulverized coal pipe resistance can be adjusted, so as to realize function of balancing pulverized coal concentration, pulverized coal distribution and pulverized coal particle velocity. 关键词：流线型；煤粉均衡阀；流阻系数；一次风；计算流体力学 Keywords: Streamline; Pulverized Coal Balanced Valve; Flow Resistance Coefficient; Primary Air; Computational Fluid Mechanics |
