高校学生 健美操 创编能力 的培养 Cultivation of Aerobics Creating Abilities of Students in Colleges and Universities 摘要：健美操 是一项 集 娱乐和健身 于一体，融 艺术与运动 为一炉 的 新兴 体育运动项目, 在 全民健身的 社会大背景下，健美操运动在 高校领域 迅速 普及开来，受到大学生群体的 喜爱和追捧，成为 高校 开展 体育运动、提高学生 身体素质、丰富校园文化生活 的 上佳载体。本文 通过 文献资料法、逻辑分析法 等 研究方法，对 培养高校学生 健美操创编能力的 意义 进行了 阐释，在此基础上，对培养学生 健美操创编能力的 方法进行了 探讨和归纳，以期 能为 高校健美操课程的 教学与实践 提供有益的 参考。 Abstract: Aerobics is a newly-emerging sport event, which integrate recreation and fitness, arts and exercise. Under the soical background of national fitness, aerobics has been quickly spread in colleges and universities and gained a popularity among college students, which has become an excellent carrier for colleges and unversities to conduct sport, improve students' physical quality, and enreich college cultural life. In this paper, through documentary analysis method and logistic analysis method, we illustrated the significance of cultivating aerobics creating ability of college students, on this basis, we then explored and summarized the method of cultivating aerobics creating abilities, in the hope of providing beneficial reference for education and practice of aerobics course in colleges and universities. 关键词：高校；学生；健美操；创编能力；音乐；实践 Keywords: Colleges and Universities; Students; Aerobics; Creation Ability; Music; Practice |
