[求助] 石墨烯量子点的分离问题 已有3人参与

0.21 g (1 mmol) citric acid and 0.23 g (3 mmol) thiourea were
dissolved into 5 ml water, and stirred to form a clear solution.
Then the solution was transferred into a 20 ml Teon lined
stainless autoclave. The sealed autoclave was heated to 160 C
in an electric oven and kept for additional 4 hours. The final
product was collected by adding ethanol into the solution and
centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 5 min. The solid can be easily
redispersed into water.

文献里面给出了这样的方法，可是最后分离的时候文献说加入乙醇，离心出固体，可是我都用1200转速离了20分钟了，还是离不出来，请问有人做过这种方法吗，要如何分离呢

这个明显是水溶性量子点，一般是透析纯化，然后冷冻干燥得固体
