[求助] 香港工作签证 2.Undertaking in relation to repatriation passage 是什么东西？已有1人参与

如题，对方学校发来一个邮件，要求：
。。。。。。a copy of letter and the relevant documents are attached. Could you please print them out, sign and return to me by speed post / courier so that we will be able to forward to the Hong Kong Immigration Department for working visa application at the earliest convenience:
1.    Appointment Letter
2.    Undertaking in relation to repatriation passage
3.    Checklist (please login to the On-line personnel record form via the xxx internet with website provided)
4.    Guidebook for Entry for Employment as Professionals in Hong Kong
5.    Form ID990A
*The original letter will be sent to you by normal post for your retention.
Grateful if you could acknowledge receipt of this email.  In addition, please be reminded that you need to bring along your original credentials to our verification

求高人告知：其中的材料 2.Undertaking in relation to repatriation passage 是什么东西？完全不理解这是什么啊，第一次办这种签证；另外我单位这边要求办理因公出国手续，跟对方现在办理的这套东西冲突吗？是不是我邮寄给对方材料后，对方再提供相应的材料，最后因公出国的签证还是我自己办理呢？还有4. Guidebook for Entry for Employment as Professionals in Hong Kong 还需要签字给对方邮寄吗？感觉就是个说明书啊，也没有签字的地方。
